How does CrossFit challenge each and every athlete that comes through our doors? By personalizing the repetitions, weight or movements in a workout to fit an athlete’s needs.
Through this strategy, we are able to challenge new athletes as well as seasoned CrossFit veterans. This also allows us to accommodate for any injuries or limitations our members have. Just because you have a bum shoulder shouldn’t exclude you from getting a great workout in!
