Row 2K or Ride 110/80 cals

30 pull ups and push ups

15 MU or BMU

 

Row 1K or Ride 60/40 cals

24 pull ups and push ups

12 muscle ups

 

Row 500 or ride 30/20 cals

18 pull ups and push ups

9 muscle ups

 

Row 250 or ride 15/10 cals

12 pull ups and push ups

6 MU

 

*** monitor your hands throughout.  If you feel they are going to rip DO NOT continue your pull-ups.  Just do the push ups and move on.  THAT IS AN ORDER!
