A – athlete – 30 toes to bar for time

Sport – 5 sets of max reps – rest 2 mins between efforts

 

B – 6 sets

Run 200

10 burpees

 

Rest 2 mins after first 2 sets

Rest 9 secs after middle two sets

Rest 1 min before last sets
