Practice and Refinement – Snatch Tech

A – Slow Pull snatches – This is just a regular snatch, but the first and second pull are SLOW.  

Very slow pull until mid thigh and then accelerate to overhead position.  

Do 10-12 sets of 1 in 14 mins.  Start light and build to moderate (not heavy).


B – Main Event: Snatch DL 5×3

Work hard to maintain “snatch mindset/position” vs traditional deadlift.  


C – 5 min AMRAP
