A –

OHS Technique work – Coaches Warm Group up and work technique of OHS with first PVC and then empty bar

 

Focus 1 – Upper back muscles engaging into the overhead position

 

Focus 2 – Hips starting/clearing back on descent into squat

 

B – 10 mins practice OHS from ground.  Work to a moderate 3-5 reps.

 

Practice c2b/pullups/MU in between sets.  

 

C – Main Event:

7 Min AMRAP

6 OHS 95/65, Sport 165/105

6 C2B/Pull ups/3 Ring or Bar MU

 

D – Back Squat – work to a tough 3 reps in 10 mins
