Jesse Bradford
Jesse is the Owner and Head Coach of CrossFit Symmetry.
Born and raised in the Cincinnati area, Jesse has been involved in athletics since childhood. He ran cross country and track through high school, but found a love for strength training after graduating. However, after a decade of the same routine, he realized he needed a change. He found CrossFit in 2013 and never looked back. The community and constant challenge made it easy for him to come back every day.
After receiving his level 1 in 2016, Jesse quickly came to enjoy helping others become stronger, faster and healthier. In 2021 he received his level 2 certification, precision nutrition certification, and purchased CrossFit Symmetry. Jesse now feels most successful when one of his athletes achieves a personal best.
